Position Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing private practice on a part-time basis. This is an in-office position serving primarily school-age pediatric clients with opportunities for evaluations and ongoing therapy.
This role is ideal for an SLP looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to become part of a boutique private practice that truly values quality over quantity.
Responsibilities
Provide individualized speech-language therapy to pediatric clients.
Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
Complete timely documentation and evaluation reports.
Communicate professionally with families and collaborate as needed.
Maintain ethical and evidence-based clinical practice.
Qualifications
Required
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology License
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and documentation skills
Pediatric experience
Preferred
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Private practice experience
Experience completing pediatric evaluations and writing reports
Schedule
Part-time
Flexible weekday schedule with morning and/or afternoon availability preferred.

We’re seeking an organized, dependable Office Manager to join our growing private practice on a part-time basis. This is a hybrid in-office and remote position supporting daily operations, client scheduling, family communication, and administrative needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable creating a warm, professional experience for families while keeping a busy practice organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Manage client scheduling, appointment changes, and calendar coordination.
Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Welcome families and assist with general front-office needs.
Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation.
Assist with intake forms, referrals, and onboarding new clients.
Support billing, payment collection, and insurance-related administrative tasks.
Coordinate office supplies and maintain an organized, welcoming environment.
Support the practice owner and clinical team with day-to-day operations.
Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
Qualifications
Required
Previous administrative or office management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Comfortable learning and using scheduling, billing, and client-management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Dependable and able to work independently.
Preferred
Experience working in a healthcare, therapy, or pediatric practice.
Familiarity with HIPAA requirements.
Experience with medical scheduling, billing, or insurance verification.
Experience supporting a small or independently owned business.
Schedule
Part-time, in-office position / Remote
Flexible weekday availability is preferred, with specific hours determined based on the needs of the practice.
